Location of this hotel is excellent, it's very close to Times Square, Madison Garden and the train station. Room was clean, the wallpaper behind the bed was peeling but the rest of the room and bathroom were great. Our AC unit was not working when we first checked in and we did have some difficulty getting someone to fix it. Once we were able to get someone to our room the gentleman fixed it super quickly. They also offer in room dining which is nothing fancy but came to our room very fast. This hotel also offered number of amenities such as an on-site bar and gym but we were not there long enough to explore. I would stay here again if ever in the area.

Cortinas quebradas, cama ruim, edredom muito finos e gastos, o quarto que acomoda 6 pessoas tem um sofá cama terrível que machuca as costas e faz barulho. N?o recomendo este hotel, nossa experiência n?o foi agradável, era para ser confortável pelo pre?o mas deixou muito a desejar. Foi nossa primeira viagem em família.
Broken curtains, bad bed, very thin and worn duvet, the room that sleeps 6 people has a terrible sofa bed that hurts your back and makes noise. I do not recommend this hotel, our experience was not pleasant, it was supposed to be comfortable for the price but it left a lot to be desired. It was our first family trip.

It was very fun, nice location in nyc. Fun around there and good restaurants.
