The room was not clean. We told the hotel desk and they act like they didn’t care.

タイムズスクエアもブロードウェイも歩ける距離でした！連泊しましたが、もちろんタオルも変えてくれて、5人で泊まっても楽しく宿泊できました。

The location was great !
However room was below my expectation, you could hear the gym noise all the time, running on treadmill and the weights being dropped all night !
The aircon was so noisy all night, it was like you were on a plane the whole night.

The location is great for exhibitor, just a walking distance to the Javits Convention Center and other places nearby. The room is clean and comfortable.

The advertisement says microwave in room, but it is not. They have common one in the breakfast area. Shampoo, shower gel in bottle form, very small bottle for a room for 5pax. And they only give one bottle of shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body lotion. The room is at USD580/nite and yet… room floor is not carperted (very cold) and also dirty. They must have not mopped it for a while.

After checking in, we headed to our room only to find we were given the wrong room. We booked a 2 queen and sofa bed for 5 people. I headed downstairs to be told that I booked that room. I pulled out my verification to show them I clearly had confirmation for the premium room to accommodate 5 people. They would not even look at my confirmation. They told me the room booking they were sent said 3 adults and 2 queen beds. I asked to see it but they would not allow me. They said it was against their policy to show me the reservation on their computer. They said they were sold out and I was welcome to go somewhere else. Of course, no one had any available rooms. They offered us a cot at a charge of course! Very rude and not accommodating. I will not recommend Tryp by Wyndham.

Die Lage ist perfekt, mitten in New York, ein paar Schritte vom Madison Square Garden.
Das "Restaurant" ist - typisch amerikanisch - Fast Food statt Restaurant.
Das Hotel war bei unserem Aufenthalt überbucht, daher war unser eigentlich gew?hltes Zimmer leider nicht verfügbar ??
Dementsprechend war auch der Service leider überfordert. Wir haben bestimmt 30 Minuten beim Check-in warten müssen, nach einem Transatlantik Flug sehr ?rgerlich.
